I'm always sceptical when it comes to buying powdered shakes, but this one has surprised my tastebuds!! I add a small organic banana and a tablespoon of plain or honey flavoured yoghurt to the mix which I make up with skimmed milk. It's lovely and creamy and tastes yummy. Keeps my hunger at bay until morning as I have this between 5-6 pm .....already the scales are heading in the right direction.

This is by far my favourite vegan protein. It tastes amazing. I get zero snack cravings when I use it, especially if I chuck a banana into the blender too.

I just love my Puriton shakes.

Whole food source is really important if you are wanting to eat healthy. I used to work for a food supplement company as a designer and other technical roles. Most other brands really are full of poor ingredients, e numbers and highly processed. Puritions shakes are as health as they get!! Excellent product.
