Great all around clean preservative

So happy to have found this here on Amazon— I am a natural products formulater and this product is 100% effective, assimilates easily, doesn’t mess with the PH too much although it may lower it very slightly and paraben and formaldehyde free!

Overall good for its purpose

I have been using this formula of preservative for several years in lotion and leave in conditioner. I have never noticed any issues with irritation nor have I seen any problems with bacterial growth or mold that I could see…. I do notice a slight chemical smell when using this preservative especially in unscented products that I have made.

Great customer service. My Optiphen arrived when it was very cold and there was a precipitate in the solution. I contacted the company through Amazon and they explained the problem and told me how to correct it. End of problem!

I love it. My products do very well with it. I make soap, lotions, shampoo, bath bombs, hair mask,shave cream and so much more. Anything that contains water or be in contact with water, gets the Optiphen. Very pleased with it.
