Derby Horse Race (Decision Derby) Battery Powered

The media could not be loaded.  This is a quite fun game to play, especially for the Kentucky Derby event. You can bet on the 6 horses. I was afraid that the same horse would win every time, but no, everytime I played, it was a different horse that won. Mind you that the horses are really tiny. They are tucked inside the battery compartment. Batteries are not included. The overall quality is not bad. But, I still think it is a little overpriced for a small plastic game like this to cost $35.00. You also need 2 AA batteries.

Bought for a party did not disappoint

I should have read more of the description, very small . It seems like it would get lost in a Derby party as a trinket on a table -

I bought TWO of these and neither one worked at all. Took one apart and still couldn’t tell what was wrong and it is not easy to take apart as you have to break it to do so. DO NOT BUY.

I’m also looking for replacement parts I have one that works really well. But the mini derby short track won’t fire up for me. Anyone out there that could help I’d appreciate it!

Whole family had fun we raced each and made bets on derby day

I love the game itself but the outcomes heavily favor horse 5 in my experience. Typically 4, 5, and 6 finish first. I’m currently experimenting with a shimming the game near the finish line to alter results.
