Does it work broken as that’s how mine arrived?

Mine arrived broken as well so I requested a replacement. It arrived within a few days of reporting what I received.

Ordered the 3 pack and one is broken. Vendor says no returns. Looks like there is no way to follow up on this. I would not order from them again?

I did return broken ones in the past despite that. Try contacting Amazon instead of the seller. Or you can still use the broken pieces, They do work.

Are both bears in the same package, or is this two separate packages with one bear in each?

My brown sugar is always sticky and clumped together. How would I use this? To add or take away moisture?

In regards to your question . simply soak the sugar bear in clean water (no soap) for 20 minutes, pat dry and than place the item in an airtight container. This will allow the moisture to release making the items most longer. Also will help try to get rid of the sticky feeling.
