Dupli-Color MC205-6 PK Metalcast Automotive Spray Paint - Orange Copper Anodized Coating - 11 oz Aerosol Can Pack of 6

Purchased this to paint a motor and brake calipers. Paint is insanely thin, it really doesn’t matter how light of coats you try it runs and pools. I was using anodized copper, it basically fades from like yellow at the top to red at the bottom from the runs. Be sure that you also have silver as a base coat. It was more than 30 days before I got to the project or I’d be returning. As it is I’ll probably just be putting the $60-70 down the drain and getting something that actually works.

Company is terrible to deal with. Bought 6 cans of paint, the 1st 3 didn't work. Never tried the others was so disappointed by crappy product. Returning is a nightmare.

i used the base coat and have hand nothing but issues with getting the orange to come out of the can evenly it s like the color comes and goes and then no madder how light of a coat you put on it runs in blotches

The mirrored shine is still there, complete adhesion and coverage. I precovered wood before using, the color was awesome!

Vendor sent an entire replacement case as a replacement for a case with one can that had an issue. Above and beyond expectation.
