Came in one big tangle
Bottom line the chimes are beautiful and has a wonderful sound, BUT it came in totally tangled up! Eventually I was able to untangle them after a while and lots of patience.

Doesn't make any sound.
It looks nice but I just had a storm in my area with winds over 20mph and they didn't make a sound. The bells are so heavy and spaced apart from eachother that they hardly touch and when they do it's very soft sounding, you can barely hear it. The colors and shine are nice but I can see them rusting very quickly.

Pleasant Sound
These pretty wind chimes hang low on the wall next to our back door. Our dog and cat will ring them when they want to go outside. Pleasant tone and quality of sound, even when the cat is impatient and rings them repeatedly. Would purchase again.
