The perfecto Deluxe Black Razor and Brush Stand was exactly what I was looking for. I just started double edge (DE) shaving about six months ago. I started with one of the all in one boxes that comes with a bowl, plastic stand, and a badger hair brush. The plastic stand worked, but was not what I was looking for and I did not like the design. The Perfecto Deluxe Black Razor and Brush Stand is a nice, sleek, simple stand. The stand was packaged in a black box and was pre-assembled. After reading some other reviews about it being unstable, loose, and slides around easily on the counter top, I did a thorough check of the stand. The stand was sturdy and all parts were screwed in tight. The bas is nicely weighted down and supports the brush and the long handled razor. The base also has a nice felt bottom that prevents it from sliding around. The color is a nice flat black that will go with any design in the bathroom and looks great leaving it out to display. All in all it is a very nice, sturdy stand. As of now, I have nothing negative to say about this stand. I will update if I found some substantial flaws. All in all, this is a great stand for the price. Simple, sleek, and sturdy and I highly recommend this stand if you are looking into getting started with DE shaving or just looking for an upgrade.

The stand is well-made, stable and looks good whilst being functional. It comfortably supports my ( King Gillette) razor and brush. It needed no tightening adjustments upon arrival. An unfussy way to tidy up my shaving station.
