Tastes good, mild flavor, as good as apple cider vinegar, but not quite as strong for cooking as apple cider vinegar.

Use instead of white vinegar if have allergies to corn-delicious
Have a corn allergy and cannot buy most of the condiments commercially available? This is the answer to that problem. Am substituting this for typical white vinegar (corn) in recipes and getting our variety and condiments back. YAY #cornallergysolutions
