The only difference between the F30 and F30i is that the F30i connection is at the top of the head

How thick are these? I don't see any dimensions listed.

By thickness, I can only say that they are very thin. They are like thin material that covers the area the mask covers on your face. They are very comfortable.

Does this fit the respironics amara view minimal contact full face mask? (mine is dreamwear but supposed to be the same thing).

Yes. I have an amara view small. That said it flops over the mask because there is excess material but what I look for is the seal. I don't like hissing air and tightening it down too tight leaves marks, so I use RemZzzs to fill the gaps instead.
