Yes, these are designed to be thick and bulky to protect from injury when dealing with injured wildlife or feral cats. You can move your fingers and make a fist but I had difficulty scruffing a cat with them on. They did protect my hands and arms from being shredded and are valuable for any rescue organization.

Would these hold up against a tarantula bite?

Diese Handschuhe haben mir geholfen mich beim einfachen von zwei Katzen und einem Waschbären nicht gebissen oder gekratzt zu werden! Das Dicke material macht die Feinmotorik etwas schwierig, aber schützt auch tatsächlich vor bissen der spitzen zähne.
