Don’t stick together.
They’re great and no they haven’t stuck together. I don’t quite understand how some people have got them to stick together. I’ve had mine for other a month and they haven’t stuck together. I’m feeling amazing the health benefits are good, the swallowing is great they’re not to big and great value for the item.

Much more energy for us and my children.
After watching a study on mitochondria and energy production, we decided to go for this brand as it offers the higher dosage for an adult body and the price is reasonable. This is the 3rd time we are buying it and I also bought it in 100 mg to give it to my son. He is 6 years old and I learned that children also needs it. He’s been taking it for 3 months and he improved considerably at school. The capsules are easy to swallow and for him, I just mix in the water or let him chew it. I’ll buy again.

All good. An essential supplement if one is on statins. Statins remove COq10 from the body so one needs to replace them
