Does this item come fully assembled?

Mine came fully assembled. I’ve had it over a year so don’t know about the newer ones. I’m very pleased with it. It’s comfy, lightweight and easy to fold for storing.

Is this strong enough for a 90kg man to push up from the kneeling position?

I think it would possibly be just strong enough. I sometimes turn it from the kneeling position to the sitting position and then lean on the seat part to get up.

Could you stand on it
