Installation was easy!
Required for our camp on the water! Hopefully no hurricanes challenge it!

easy install, flood insurance bill cut in half
easy install and instructions, take photos before, during and after install with the serial #'s (I bought 3 vents). Took 6 weeks for insurance company to accept, but got retroactive refund for near-the-beach property (500ft from ocean). old flood ins $2100, with vents $716 OMG huge savings !!! they are worth the money and ONE day of time !! I used pvc board and concrete caulking to fill space for install in basement / crawlspace window.

Not for coastal use
It’s not for coastal (salt) use, which for someone living on the coast is a major issue. We went to install after the return period lapsed and the installer pointed out the problem. Now we’re stuck with $1,000 of vents that can’t be used.
