This sauce is sooo good! Wish it came in a bigger bottle. Will definitely buy again!

For slightly above average heat tolerances, it is a tasty sauce with low to mid heat.
This is the best-tasting Sriracha-style (basically thick pepper sauce) I've ever had. If the average person's heat tolerance is a 2.5 out of 5, then this would provide a 3 to a 3.5 out of 5 spicy scale. A person with an above average tolerance might think this is a 2 out of 5 at its peak. For chili heads--it will be below a 1. The sauce loses 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Because of the gochujang paste infusion base, the sauce is not very versatile because it gives everything a BBQ sauce-like flavor. It makes sense because the paste is used in a lot of Korean BBQ. 2. This is NOT an original sauce. As far as I am aware, the gochujang is not made in house. This would be like me buying A-1 sauce, adding ketchup and calling it my own. 3. With starchy foods, the flavor is a lot more sweet than heat. Even with its faults, it tastes better than Huy Fong (1 out of 5) and Tabasco (3 out of 5) Sriracha.

Surprisingly sweet and not too much heat.
Just enough heat but not overbearing. Its sweetness was surprising, especially on eggs. I just got the bottle a few days ago and still experimenting with it on different foods. So far its been good on almost everything I've tried it on. Ill definitely be buying more!

Not remotely spicy.
This sriracha is okay. It has a nice taste but it’s not very garlicky and it’s extremely sweet. If you’re looking for a replacement for Huy Fong, you will not find it here. However, it’s good in its own way. I wouldn’t add it to everything that I normally add sriracha or hot sauce to because of the sweetness, but I have some use for this. Also, this isn’t spicy at all.

Delicious
Very tasty. This is not a spicy item, but for people who don't do spicy, they might find a little heat. Very well balanced, slightly sweet. I'm typically putting in some rice and then adding normal Sriracha for more spicy.

Awesome Sauce!
Very tasty and not too hot. I think it’s going to be a great, versatile addition to the kitchen. Pretending I’m tasting wine - there’s a very flavorful opening with a hint of some fruit, and then the heat emerges, followed by a really wonderful meaty flavor. Definitely a hearty sauce, and since this is Sriracha we’re talking about, I must address the elephant in the room. This in my mind is not an alternative to that rooster brand, but stands firmly on its feet as a very different, equally wonderful and versatile flavor. I had an issue with a previous order and the company is hands down the most responsive seller on Amazon that I’ve experience in a few years. Looking forward to exploring their other offerings!

Weak Knees? More like 'Where's My Knees?' 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (4/5 Chilies)
Ah, the quest for Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha Hot Sauce. It all started when my local store ran out of stock, probably due to a local Sriracha-enthusiast hoarding it for the upcoming apocalypse. I knew I had to embark on a journey to the wild jungles of Amazon.com. And there it was, shining like a beacon of spicy hope in a 10.5 oz Easy Squeeze Bottle. The Bottle: First and foremost, let's talk about this "Easy Squeeze Bottle." It's easy, like Sunday morning. Unlike my efforts to open that pesky pickle jar, this one simply said, "Squeeze me, friend, and let's set your mouth ablaze!" And ablaze it was. Taste Test: Classic Sriracha Chili, they say? More like Sriracha with a PhD in Deliciousness. It’s as if the sauce bottle whispered, "Let's dance," and your taste buds had no choice but to foxtrot their way to Flavortown. Weak Knees?: Oh, they weren't joking. After a taste, I was searching for my knees, only to find they had retreated in awe of the flavor extravaganza. "Weak Knees" is an understatement. "Lost Knees" might be more accurate. Pairing Ideas: Mix it with your tofu, splash it on your burger, heck, use it as a facial mask if you want to feel alive (Note: Please do not actually use it as a facial mask). Availability Crisis: It's important to acknowledge that since my local grocery store was out of stock, Amazon became my spicy savior. I half expected Jeff Bezos to deliver it himself, riding a drone, and dressed as a chili pepper. Sadly, that didn't happen. But the sauce did arrive promptly, and it was glorious. In summary, Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha Hot Sauce is not just a hot sauce; it's a way to discover new levels of culinary courage and question your relationship with your knees. If you're lucky enough to find it online during a stock outage, grab it, squeeze it, and prepare for a flavor adventure that might require a GPS to find your way back. 🚀🌶️
