Women's Kanjivaram Banarasi Art Silk Saree with Blouse Piece

This saari needs 5 stars or even more because of the price it was listed for and what I received in hands. I had low expectations but didn’t care because I knew it will be a one time wear so didn’t want to spend much.. I bought this and let me tell you.. it’s a beautiful saari very good quality of work , shine and the best part is you can wear it from both sides (if ofcourse, you don’t stitch fall on it) on one side you can see it as a black saari with gold work and the other side it’s gold saari with black work.. so if you don’t stick fall on it.. you have received two saaris (black and gold) in one package for the price.. isn’t that fantastic.. I am going to shop more saari from this seller.

Nivah Fashion price was very reasonable for saree dress, but Nivah Fashion did not honor their product..the saree dress DID NOT COME WITH THE BLOUSE that was stated in the description..I order the saree dress for a culture party and could not attend due to I could NOT find a blouse to match saree dress at last minute..I had 5 days to find a matching blouse and was not successful, also material sherreded while loosing thin thread that tied to hold saree dress together. I was not a able attend the party...I was so hurt and disappointed...please DON'T PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS COMPANY.. lesson learned u get what you pay for...thumbs down 👎👎👎

It’s pretty saree and the design is really nice the only thing is I wish they had ready to wear blouse it makes it so convenient to wear please consider making blouse I wore at a function got lots of compliments thank you it’s light material easy to wear will buy another color

I organized a saree wrapping contest for a baby shower and chose this saree for that purpose. For my purposes, it was for short term, fun use so I was happy with the colors, fabric, and overall appearance. I am sharing photos of the fabric for those who might be hoping for higher quality finished edges, or for a more formal or ready-to-wear use. It did not come with the Blouse Piece listed in the description. The fabric arrived with one end torn and unfinished, which may require a seamstress to correct if wearing for a special occasion. One end had a fringed edge; the selvages were finished with a gold metallic bond that curled when I used a professional fabric steamer to relax the wrinkles. Please note any fabric care instructions provided.

The saree will pass as a wearable saree However, the material is cheap polyester and is very evident in the edging. The package smells of some chemical. The price is too high for the material and saree quality

It’s beautiful saree.

I was worried when I opened the package and saw how stiff the material was. It stunk like a gas station & left a slightly sticky feeling as I tried to lay out the saree. There is extra fabric for you to cut out and make a blouse. It is so frayed and not finished, that seam looked better when I cut off this fabric piece haphazardly with scissors. It felt like the fabric was off proportion and was difficult to work with when I was trying it on my own. However, when I got an auntie to help me put it on the day of the event, she said it was much easier for her to handle and pleat because the design is pretty simple even though it looks ornate at first sight. It did hold up during the entire day. I think the color and pattern I picked looked a little dated, but it was ok because this saree was not too expensive.

I was unsure whether or not this sari fabric would disintegrate if I used it to sew a Regency-era dress. I was delighted that it worked and that I only needed one sari! I washed the fabric in my washing machine on cold and air dried it (no heat). The fabric is quite shiny and does fray really easily, so you will need to plan for that. I am giving it a 5 star rating for the price and that it met all of my needs. If you want a better fabric to sew with, you will need to continue looking elsewhere.

The saree texture. colour finishing is too good. Its very light weight and not transparant. The blouse material has beautiful border .. not too big.. not too small.. just peefect. Overall Its just beautiful I am so happy with this purchase ! Thank you.

No tiene blusa como esta en la descripción., las fotos de la blusa estan como si viniera una blusa y falda aparte, es una tira de tela con una terminación de una orilla de la tela toda deshilachada, horrible. esta combinada tela con tela tipo gasa, no lo recomiendo

Tal y como se ve en la foto. Solo es el Sari (pañuelo) no viene con el top ni la falda de debajo. Como fue para carnaval yo me puse un vestido verde debajo.
