Would these work for a toddler (2years Old)?

I think they should. They pretty much just slide up and down the arm of the glasses to where you need them to be to hold them tight up against the ear. They really work great!

Will these fit wire frames that have the plastic ear pieces

As long as the ear piece at the ear of the frame is wide enough for the molderp to grab, they should work. If the frame is too small they will not grip.

Can these be used on those rubber toddler glasses? The glasses come with a strap, but my 20 month old hates the strap.

You can because this item is universal, however be careful of the adjustment with the toddler. If its to tight it might cause discomfort.
