Appears was made in China. Was on a registry, probably would not have bought had I known. But was well made and received.

I am looking for a basket to hold 10-12 baby outfits for a shower gift. Will this basket work.

Depends on the outfits, but I think this would work! The dividers are removable, so you may have to take them out to do so, but I think it might work with them still in the basket.
