You have to attach the shocks, 4 wheels and the roll bar. These parts are removed to make the box smaller.

where do I purchase the replacement batteries?

It uses 4 of the common 12v/12ah lead acid batteries, you can get them anywhere online or locally. If you need more help, you can email MotoTec USA.

Go Kart is less that a week old and the rear axle bearings have come apart. Can we be sent new bearings?

Yes, you sure can. There was a bad batch of bearings on the last shipment, but easy fix. Contact MotoTec USA for warranty.
