Is it rust proof? what is the height under the horizontal bars?

Not rust proof. Will start to rust in less than 30 days

Anyone has this over time notice if it rusts?

I spray all my outdoor metal decorations with a matte sealer that doesn’t yellow. All my garden art and spinners and I would definitely spay this after I put it up to prevent rust and discoloration. It has helped, I spray every year. I would sand the area and spray on rust oleum spray paint. Then hit it with a sealer.

I don't remember. It is as tall as the sides. And as wide as the sides. I think box was 5" depth. Was somewhere between 15" & 20" deep. It is easy to put together. & looks very nice. My grape vines are supported well with it
