Does this clean quarters? The quarters were in a flood and attempt to clean with bleach put brown spots on them. Will this clean these quarters?

I have quite a bit of coins I'd like to clean....do they have to be cleaned individually or what is recommended

You may be able to clean them in a batch, but I'd recommend testing one at a time first. Also soap and water might be all you need?

Does this stuff loose it's effectiveness over time. Does it have an expiration date?

I did not se an expiration date on it. I have had mine for close to a year and it still works as good as it did the first time I used it.

Heard it removes milk spots, is that right?

Unfortunately, there is nothing I have found that will remove those milk spots. I believe that there is foreign material in the silver and not a tarnish or oxidation of the silver.

The screw on top leaks. I use it in Silver. Works great for that but be conservative. 5-8 seconds should be all that you should use on Bullion. The seal for the lid isn’t great. Wear gloves! Dip for the shortest time necessary and be sure to rinse immediately.

I don't collect numismatic coins, but hate seeing coins tarnished and oxidized. One quick dip and rinse blot dry, they look good as new! It is recommended to not clean valuable/rare coins, but i doubt I'll ever get back more than the silver content and i have no plans to sell! So i prefer shiny vs dull and dirty. This is for tarnish/ oxidation, and it works on all types of metals, silver copper etc. Not for milk spots! That another product and review! There are many videos on how to dip clean coins. I've purchased several times and i am very pleased! YMMV
