600D Water-resistant Foam Cotton Padded Clarinet Case, Clarinet Gig Bag

My kid started band this school year and was using her school's old heavy clunky case with only a set of handles, and it was getting too much for her to carry to and from every day in additionto her rolling backpack. This bag was a great price and so light. It is easy for her to sling over her shoulder and has kept her instrument safe on rainy days. Worth the purchase, even if she stops playing clarinet in the future.

I bought this case for my clarinet after i bought a new one because the case it came with was very big and bulky. This case is just average, but it has lasted me a long time and I have no complaints. It zips easily, and works very well. I purchased a new barrel a while ago, and it didn't quite fit in the hole for it so I took the plastic part out and it fit just fine. I would recommend this case.

The outside of the case is very hard. You can probably drop it the same you can a hard case. The only big problem would be if a car runs it over. It's very lightweight and has a nice shoulder strap. Not much storage space in the main part, but there is a very large pocket that zips.

I bought this to replace a VERY nasty smelling ancient clarinet case. My clarinet is pretty old and still in the original case. I'm not sure how well it was cleaned before being put away. Anyway, I wasn't looking to spend a lot and this had good reviews even though the price made me wary. I paid around twenty dollars for it. It is very light but feels solid enough. The instrument pieces fit well, and I LOVE that the accessory compartment is plastic lined so I can wipe it clean occasionally.That said, it is not terribly durable feeling. It is light and the sides are stiff enough to protect from a minor drop. I would not have a child use this case if they are transporting the instrument all over the place, on the bus, putting it on the band bus. It would't survive a teenager sitting on it, for example (not that they should, but I've been in high school band and taught elementary school band- I know what band kids are like). But in that case I'd be willing to shell out more money for a hard sided case.It is PERFECT for an adult to use or a VERY responsible kid. I am very happy with my purchase!!!

Has room for extra reeds, cleaning cloth, cork grease, reshaping tools, etc! Good quality and protection!

Good case for my middle school son. Very lightweight and easy to carry with the shoulder strap. The clarinet fits securely. It would be nice to have a bit more room in the storage compartment since he uses a neck strap... But most will fine with the room for the swab and reeds. My biggest complaint is the smell. It smells strongly of plastic/chemicals. If you have time to set it outside to offgas for a week you'll be fine!

Case works well for clarinet. Price is terrific.
