AISITIN 2.5W Solar Bird Bath Fountain Pump with 6 Nozzles & 4 Fixer

Bought this when redoing our front yard landscaping and could not be happier! I wanted to have a small water feature that didn’t break the bank and allowed the animals to splash around to cool down. Bought two of these strictly on the solar aspect, price, and how many fountain heads they had to choose from. So far, they have worked great. I have had them for about a month now and still working perfectly. I do agree with other reviews in terms of the solar power on this thing. When it’s in full sun, it is on full blast. Although it looks gorgeous on high, depending on what you have it in, the water can wind up outside of the bowl more than in...especially if windy. You will find the need to refill with water alot more often if your holder isnt big enough. I tried all of the heads and none of them solved that issue, so I wound up leaving it off completely and that works fine. It gets the water circulating and the birds still love it. On the opposite end, if this is not in full sun, it stops working immediately. If you walk in front of the sun, it stops. If anything blocks it, it's done. Starts right back up again but it doesn’t have any battery storage to keep it going if overcast. Not a big deal for me personally, but worth noting. Bottom line: Very happy with this purchase! Birds and bees love it!

When it works it works well, but it doesn’t hold a charge like it should. I have it in a small bird bath in a sunny area and it works intermittently. Seems to have good water pressure but sputters on and off.

My previous solar fountain died when it was just over one year old. I looked at the reviews for several of the offerings by Amazon and chose this one mostly because of its simplicity and low price. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to disassemble for cleaning. Unlike most of the others, it is possible to remove the rotor from the pump motor, thus enabling it's cleaning as well. The pump is quite a performer! It produces a stream around three feet high with the single opening tube. The problem with that is the fountain must be refilled several times a day if there is any wind. I found that using just the straight tube with no attachments provides plenty of water motion and limits water loss to that caused by evaporation - and what the birds splash out! I suspect that all that power could produce a more attractive display in a larger fountain. I have only had it for a month so cannot testify to its longevity, though I suspect it will exceed those without the motor disassembly feature. The majority of the accompanying video was shot on an overcast day. That makes it appear as though the cleaning did not have much effect. I assure you, it does. The pump does require strong light to work. As can also be seen in the video, it just kind of burps in low light. In fact, it sometimes stops completely when the whole surface is shaded. That is OK for my purpose, which is mostly to provide water and bathing for the birds without worrying about mosquitos.

This solar fountain for birdbaths doesn’t work. We were still having freezing weather when I bought it so it ended up remaining in the box unopened until last week. I followed directions and set it up in my birdbath. It never turned on, never worked! Very disappointing because it is now passed the return date. I followed the troubleshooting directions on line, including checking water depth, and the troubleshooting didn’t help. It’s been in my birdbath, full sun for about a week now; it floats around doing nothing! No sound from the propeller motor. Nothing. An entire waste of time and money and very disappointing that I don’t have a fountain for the birdbath! Not much I can do about it at this time other than to be sure to not buy from the seller in the future. Faulty product. Don’t waste your money on it. Oh, I had to give it at least one star in order to submit this feedback. It doesn’t deserve even one star. Couldn’t rate anything about it. Definitely not easy to use. It doesn’t function. It doesn’t attract birds because it doesn’t turn on. Definitely not bird friendly. It would appear better to me if it worked. Really, it’s just a nuisance that I have to write a negative review, but hopefully it will save you the trouble of buying a dud!

These little fountains work great.. for a year. I've had two of them now and I just bought a third. I like them so much I basically look on the purchase price as rental costs. Too bad they aren't more durable. Cause of the failure is mysterious. The clear cover on top begins to get water between it and solar panels. Eventually it just quits, in spite of frequent cleanings of the weed filter on the underside covering the pump inlet. The variety of tips is good. I have mine floating in a tub, so I don't want it spraying very high because it pumps the tub dry. I just let it burble up a couple of inches. I enjoy glancing at it throughout the day. 9/26/25 I will give them credit. They wrote and refunded my last purchase. Let's see how this one does. So far, it's still burbbeling (I like it that way. It's in a washtub, and a spray empties the tub; a burbble is a pleasant Asian meditation.)

This little solar fountain works great. Just as other reviewers mentioned, as soon as I got outside with it after unpacking and choosing a fountain nozzle, it began to vibrate when I got into the sunlight. I placed it on my birdbath that I bought from Hobby Lobby, adjusted the plastic “straws” which keep it more or less centered, then placed two medium sized rounded rocks in the bowl so as to hold the fountain in place and prevent it from moving, but also for a spot for the birds to perch on, and, it works nicely! There are different nozzles that you can choose to have your choice of sprays, which is a nice feature. I’ve changed mine twice already just to see which works best for the birds. My fountain is in shade most of the morning with a dappled sunlight so it does spurt bits of water and the little birds seem to like it. I think it’s more like a game they play with it. I haven’t had any problem with needing to constantly refill the basin however, I’m not losing a lot of water as I’m just using the “trickling” attachment instead of the ones with multiple holes, (which will give out more water of course). Overall, so far, it’s a nice little addition to my bird bath. The delivery was very fast, (Prime). It’s simple to put together, just choose your nozzle for the flow, attach the plastic “straws” if needed, and place in your water. It would probably be nice in a small pond but if you don’t want it to move around, you’ll need to find a way to block the movement somehow. The size is nice, definitely not large but good enough for a small pond or bird bath. It has good power for the size and it’s run on solar battery. The info says it’s good for 1,000 hours, I believe so we’ll see. I have seen others very similar for a cheaper price after I already purchased this one so try to compare around.

This works fine when it works. But just know that it’s on of life’s conundrums: it has to be directly in the sun to function. But having been out in the sun over the past ten months, the top (plastic) solar panel surface that generates the power to work the pump has clouded up and no longer generates power. Thus, the fountain is now worthless.

This I really love, love love love it

I purchased two of these solar fountains....one only worked for a week and the second died in less than 3. Choose a different brand.

I have had a couple of these inexpensive solar fountains which have died on the job. So far so good with this one. It was bought with the expectation of suction caps being fitted but it came with the four plastic straws that localise it in our basin. Now a convert to this arrangement. It is working well, every day when the sun hits, up comes the spray. Cleaning is standard, so no concerns there. After three/four weeks still going strong. Happy.

La he estado probando durante varios días en el barreño de la foto y muy bien (aún no tengo preparado las macetas para hacer efecto fuente). Como tiene varias formas para cambiar el chorro del agua la puedes poner la que mejor se adapte. Como es lógico si no le da el sol directamente no funciona bien, en la sombra va como escupiendo de vez en cuando. Viene con varias boquillas para adaptar la salida del chorro y con 3 palos muy finos y medio transparente por si lo colocas en un recipiente grande que no se mueva mucho. Como bomba de agua si está funcionando que tenga agua, se rompe más de estar sin agua. Como es lógico si está en un recipiente hay que ir rellenando el agua porque se evapora y/o la saca fuera.
