Works great for 4+ These have helped enforce the bedtime routine for our 4 year old. My son enjoys the flavor and smell, and ate them no problem! They are a great size for littles. I don't see any side effects from them. They just help promote relaxation for us. I notice him feeling more relaxed 30mins-1hour after. They are super easy to incorporate into the bedtime routine. He looks forward to it everytime.

My 8-year-old boys absolutely love these, and they look forward to taking them with their vitamins every night. As far as value goes, they are a wonderful value. You get a great number of gummies for the price, and they last a long time, even having two kids. With 120 gummies per bottle, I only have to buy these every two months, which is absolutely fantastic. I have noticed that the cost has been going down on these recently, as well, which has been amazing. Overall, I absolutely recommend these. They're delicious, they work well for kids *and* adults, and they are a fantastic value!

Worked perfectly for my kiddos. They didn’t fight bedtime and went to sleep about 45min after taking it. Although they seem a bit tough to chew the kids like the taste.

Nutricost is a great brand, maybe the quantity is not much but in the quality they are excellent!!! This 1mg melatonins helps the kids to sleep at night. Just ensure the kid is goin to sleep when you give it. As gummies these are easy to swallow, dissolves easily in the mouth, also are very tasty(kids love it).
