How are they wit a make up remover? I was thinking about using makeup to tone down the shininess and don't want to damage them.

No worries. This nude silicone breast forms are not shinning. You may get them to match your skin by using makeup.

would these stay on all weekend without taking them off, and what type of medical adhesive would I need to keep the girls in place?

Yes, these can stay on all weekend. But if thy carry dust, they might fall off. You can use the detergent or medical alcohol to clean the glue, then put them in the bra.

Would an A-cup work for a teen girl’s “normal size”? My daughter was burned over 70% of her body and they had to remove her breasts and nipples.

Likely the "A" or "B" would work for her. The "C" size is about 2.5 - 3" from base to "nipple" tip. So depending on how much of her breast tissue was removed as long as you stay under "C" it shouldn't look "un-natural" (size wise). Sorry to hear about your daughters misfortune. I hope things get better (or as good as they can be) for her as soon as possible. Much Love and Best Wishes to you both!

What is the bra size for these forms

Go by weight and dimensions - bra size kinda meaningless here. The are breasts not bras.
