Delicious, Varied, Recipes
The book is filled with delicious recipes, and there's quite a variety. I'll admit that I have no interest in the desert drinks, but there are a ton of delicious cocktails that have become my go tos. I really love the jam fresca, in part because it has so many different varieties that it allows you to experiment.I think the authors do a nice job of including recipes that you can make with staples you're likely to have around, and there are a ton of recipes that use similar ingredients. The books is also well written, so you get a sense of how ingredients blend together and what they're doing in each recipe. This makes it easy to go off script or make simple modifications to cut calories or increase flavor.

Fun Recipes!
I've been trying to drink less and wanted mocktail recipes that are a nice substitute for booze that don't feel childish or boring. This book does the trick! While I haven't tried all of them, the few I have tried are pretty delicious.I also like that there's a nice range. Some are sweet and fruity. Some are more savory and herbacious. Some are a bit tart and alcohol-like. Most are complex and most feel better suited for adults than children, WHICH I LOVE.The book is also very high quality. It's a nice hardback with clear instructions and pretty drawings of the drinks. I also like that most of the ingredients used in these can be found at a normal grocery store.

Great NA drinks, simple ingredients
Hands down my favorite NA cocktail book! Super simple ingredients, no added sugar, and the recipes never miss! I’ve made 10+ and loved each of them. Given as a gift for baby showers, dry January, or just because! In my opinion, this book is better than their Drinking For Two book. Better pictures and more recipes. ~10 recipes from this book are also in the original.

delicious and simple recipes
My husband doesn't drink alcohol, but he always said he liked watching people make cocktails and that different menu items looked good. I got him this book so he could try some cocktails himself, and he loves it! He's been buying all sorts of ingredients and tools to make us mocktails, and they're all delicious. The recipes are juice and seltzer based, so they don't use any non-alcoholic beer or liquor; it's mostly normal ingredients you can find at the grocery store. Fair warning however: many of them do require typical cocktail tools like a shaker or muddler, so if I were to gift this again, I'd get a cocktail tool set to go with it.

Coconut Heavy
The book looks great so far! The only thing I'm disappointed about is that it has so many recipes using coconut water or coconut milk and doesn't give you a suggestion for a good substitute. I am allergic to coconut. So I guess I'll have to find one on my own.

My opinion as a health professional
As a health professional, I couldn’t ask for a better book to recommend to people! People tend to drink too much alcohol & giving them healthier alternatives is brilliant. I noticed someone left a review that contained a lot of incorrect statements about health & nutrition that I would like to address.Anyone can make a “health claim” but these dietitians have licenses to uphold, and as a health professional, you have to be very careful about the health statements you make. They did a great job with this. And the reality is most Americans don’t get enough potassium, so the fact that these recipes include potassium in the form of coconut water is excellent!I love that they didn’t list out the calories in their recipes. Diet culture is so rampant these days and having calories can be so triggering for some people and sends a diet culture message that this book is clearly not about. Plus, I can see a lot of young girls buying this book so, great job authors! As for the Pickled Mary, YUM! Who doesn’t love a good Bloody Mary? Yes, pickle juice is high in sodium, but I took a look at the recipe and it includes 1/2 cup per 4-6 servings, which is just a couple of tbsp per serving so seriously not bad at all! Plus, health is all about balance. It’s not like you’re going to be downing 5 Pickled Mary’s every day.And lastly, let’s talk sugar. Only a few recipes call for agave and the amounts are so little! I applaud these authors for using other ways to favor their drinks without relying on tons of sugar. Definitely not an easy feat to accomplish. And the toppings and garnishes make these recipes so unique and fun. Again, it all goes back to balance, which I absolutely love about this book.

Good book for a better health change!
I’ve only A quick look Thru and some of the recipes I think that’ll help me with my treatments with my kidney that’s still functions, but it’s gonna be better for me to stick to this diet until I can be placed on the Kidney list to receive a new kidney. I’ll be looking forward to that day!

The recipes are easy to follow and the level of detail throughout the book is so well articulated and provided for the reader, plus it makes a great coffee table book, I love the cover. Not for me
I feel like this book is focused mainly on "healthy" mocktails. I like to enjoy mocktails the same way people enjoy cocktails - on a rare occasion. This feels like it's aimed at people who want to enjoy them daily. I don't think they resemble the drinks they are meant to due to their natural ingredients. Coconut water is found in a lot of the recipes and I wouldn't have purchased if I knew that.

Unnecessarily complicated ingredients
Just too many expensive and difficult to obtain ingredients make this book impractical.
