Hi, please may I start with I am an huge fan of Lacoste and in past have ordered other items. This time ordered watch for my Niece and the disappointment of non working watch at crucial moment of birthday gift opening ceremony. Almost had a crying kid on my hands! Have told her will replace battery, really hope it is the battery. Somewhat disappointed this time
