Lightweight and incredibly helpful
After spine surgery, I am trying to become more independent. I had a cheap aluminum walker but found it was a bit wobbly and difficult to use on our saltillo tile floors. I wanted something lightweight with a seat, just in case I was walking and needed a rest. This walker fits the bill perfectly, and it doesn't look like my grandmother's walker...a definite plus. I am able to stand straight with it and walk with a very smooth gait. I got the wider one, which was just a tad too wide for some of our doorways. I can just pull the seat up and collapse it ever so slightly to be able to get it through the door, and then push the seat down once I've passed through. As you can see from the photo, this walker remains upright and fairly sturdy while partly collapsed (though I'm sure the manufacturer doesn't recommend this strategy). It works great for me. The handholds are easily adjustable and the locking mechanism works well, although if you push it when the parking brakes are on, and if the surface is slippery, it will move as the wheels can slide on a slick ground. The wheels are soft enough to be quite comfortable on slightly uneven tile floors. I like that the brake cords are hidden in the frame, so the overall appearance is very sleek. At this point, my legs are not strong enough to use the feature that raises the front wheels, but the walker is very light and I can just lift the whole thing over the threshold to our house. The only thing I don't really care for is the bag, which doesn't hold much. Instead, I use the hanging bags that you see in the photo and that I got from Etsy. I also use the seat as a tray most of the time. Yes, this is expensive. But is it worth it -- absolutely! My PT does say that, for the price, he thinks it should have disc brakes. LOL. But that would undoubtedly make it heavier, and the low weight is a top priority for me. I highly recommend this walker.

Not your grandmaโs walker
This was a fabulous purchase. It was expensive so a little apprehensive but Iโm so glad I did. It arrived quickly and well packed. I bought it initially for international travel for a lightweight and more stylish option. Succeeds on both goals. Works every bit as well as my traditional Rollator with a seat, but is so much lighter and more versatile. Seat is a sling that is very sturdy. Iโm a big girl and it held me just fine, safely, with plenty of space, and I used it quite a bit. I also like that with a quick tug on the seat you can easily pull the sides in a bit to get through tight spaces then push it back into place without ever stopping. I also purchased a travel a carry bag that made it easy to transport when not in use and check it with my luggage (which I recommend) at the airport. On other occasions I gate-checked it to have it immediately available when we landed, and that worked fine as well, except the security checkpoint was really not happy to deal with it. Because it is so light, I now use it all the time at home whenever I want to take a walker in my car. I also find Iโm more likely to go places where I need a walker because it is so light and easy and, candidly, it is sleek with a Scandinavian-looking design and I feel less self-conscious then when pushing around a traditional walker. Iโve had mine about 6 months and already it has been on quite a few planes, over cobblestone streets, in and out of cars and taxis, and lots of daily use, and so far quite durable and looks like new. My only frustration is that it needs a way to easily secure the two sides together when it is collapsed. Otherwise it is awkward to handle while folded. I bought a bungee cord which more-or-less serves the purpose but not ideal. RECOMMENDED

Old lady approved!
I stopped going out because of my heavy walker. Getting a beast of a walker out of the car is easy, you know, gravity and all. But putting it back in the car was proving to be a challenge. And sometimes no one is walking by to lend a helping hand. I tried to rig up a pulley system to no avail. All that just to put it in the back seat. Hence this bad boy! I can lift it with one hand. I donโt have to worry about being too tired to load it myself. People are drawn to the look and are stunned at how light it is! Sturdy, well thought out, and a bit futuristic in looks. So easy to open to a locked position for safety and one hand to fold up the walker by gently pulling up on the seat. This thing glides! A bit pricey. But, for me, the benefits out weigh the price tag. Now I go out and about without a care.

LOVE THIS WALKER
I am so pleased with this walker...Yes, it is four times the price of some of the others but in my case it is worth it. I leave it in my car for shopping trips, doctor appointments,, and my gym dates. It is so light I just pop it in and out with ease. It collapses so easy, and while at the gym or restaurant I can just set it in the corner and it is out of the way. Every time I am out with it people remark about it. I call it my Cadillac . My only concern is I hope the paint job holds up well, as I have noticed a few nicks on it because I do take it in and out so often. It maneuvers so easy and it takes the pressure off of my back when I am walking. Yes, I would recommend it because it has gotten me out of the house more because of its ease.

Great product for ease of use, transport, and lightweight design
THE BEST WALKER FOR MY MOM! We are so happy with this convenient and easy to use rollator for my 94 year old mom. It's easy to fold and transport because of it's lightweight. It's easy for my mom to use as well. She lives in a small house and can get around corners easy. We take it to the malls and she's able to use the handle brakes as well as lock and unlock the wheels just thru the handles. The simple design is also appealing because there aren't wires hanging everywhere. It was hard enough to convince my mom to use an assistive walker so this design really helped. We get so many compliments from people as well commenting on the Acre and asking us where we bought it. The price is more than other walkers but worth it for its ease of use, transportability, and my mom ACTUALLY uses it! Thank you for making such a thoughtful well designed product to make seniors lives more accessible!

Lightweight But Comes With Problem
I bought this for the style and weight. It's easier to get in and out of my car than other walkers. But it takes up more room because of the way it folds. There are two problems with this walker, IMHO. First, the seat is small and very uncomfortable. Also, it feels unstable. I don't like the seat design at all. I have to sit on the corner of the seat. Second, there's no place for a purse or to set anything. When I go to work, I have to hang things off each handle. That makes it wobbly and way too wide to get through doorways. Traditional walkers have a compartment under the seat. That's a great place to store a purse, out of sight in public. The seat on a traditional walker can hold other items and still move. No way that could happen on this walker. I wouldn't recommend this walker to anyone who needs to carry anything or sit on the seat.

50% overpriced.
This is a well made unit. I bought it because of its light weight. However, it is overpriced. By at least fifty percent. Sorry but true.

Light and Stylish
Lightweight and sleek - perfect for my elder that is embarrassed to use a walker. Easy to move and adjust, especially for taller folks

Sturdy and lightweight
The design and look of this is stunning! The forward-oriented handles allow the user to walk upright, and the seat provides a stable platform upon which to rest. It's also incredibly light and folds easily into the back seat.

So light - Now I can go anywhere
The rolator I had was awkward to get in the car or when riding with a friend, too large for their trunk. The Acre rotator is perfect - light weight and not too large. Don't use it at the grocery store as I still need the push cart for purchases, but when participating in activities with friends can go anywhere, including rough terrain.

Horrible
Very disappointed. Walker is way too big and too expensive. No control with it. Slides too fast. Seat too high. Unfortunately cannot send back. Waste of money. Would not recommend ๐
