Makes smash burgers taste great
If you like smash burgers on the griddle, apply this seasoning right after you smash the burger then flip it to the other side to finish cooking. No need to coat both side. Sure is tasty.

Not just for burgers
Goes great with burgers, but we tried this in many other dishes and it's versatile. We sliced a fresh avocado and sprinkled this on it. It's amazing.
