After nasal surgery this helped with the burning and dryness. This product is great for everyday use. Moisturizers the nasal passages with no dripping.

This got us through the fall and winter season here in NJ. Simple to use. No smell. 2 squirts in each nostril every morning and after work. Strong enough to keep the germs away. Soothing.

This stuff works great. My husband has a special morning routine where he sounds like he’s trying to clear 40 years of construction dust out of his lungs before coffee. A couple sprays of Naso Med and the daily hacking, snorting, and dramatic throat-clearing concert is noticeably reduced. No weird medicinal smell, no burning sensation just simple, effective relief. Honestly, if you’re a wife who’s ever considered sleeping in a separate wing of the house during the morning routine, this spray might be for you too. Five stars from both my husband and everyone within earshot.

It’s an excellent product !

First use, no stinging/ burning or itchy sensation, when you spray it in your nose. And my nasal passages were fairly dehydrated. So far I'm satisfied with this product. I will see how it performs in the long run. Also, I'm glad that it's unscented. Good price and value for two 2oz bottles.
