I’m in my mid 40s and wanted a light skirt to wear on vacation in Disney. I’m curvy, so shorts underneath is a must. I feel too old to be wearing the cheerleader-length skort like this that I’m finding in stores..besides, I had a few years in high school wearing that as my cheerleader uniform LOL.I took a chance and bought this, thinking it would just be the same old product. The dark teal is my favorite color in the world, so I was really hopeful.I cannot express how happy I am with this skort!! It’s a perfect fun length-not too short and not too long. Light and “twirly”, it’s perfect for vacation! The BEST PART? The shorts are long enough to prevent the little bit of thigh chub rub I have, don’t show under the skirt (same length) and they DON’T RIDE UP-which will be perfect for walking ~10 miles a day at the parks. Adorable with flats or even low sneakers, I’m buying more colors!!!!I actually smiled when I looked in the mirror, which hasn’t happened in years. Call me weird, but this skort makes me HAPPY.At this price, take the chance and buy it! I hope you’re as happy with it as I am.

The skirt is super cute and flattering, I often get compliments when I am wearing it. I am usually a 10/12, M or L, depending on fit. I purchased a large in this skirt and it fits great. If I wanted more compression, I think a medium would be fine too. Rating it a 4 star for fit and price, but know that the shorts do ride up and move around a lot. I use this skirt more for spending time outdoors. It’s not ideal for high intensity sports since the shorts move around so much. Great for slow walks, Disney, travel sports parents, errands, anything where you want to look cute and stay cool, but won’t be running.

This is not pleated, by any means, but the skirt does fit true to size and is overall comfortable to wear. HOWEVER the shorts do not stay put AT ALL they roll/creep up your thigh the second you put them on. Also, maybe because I have a big butt, the second i bend in ANY direction or sit down it’s all bout the shorts- the skirt doesn’t cover anything. This would not be a big issue if the shorts stayed in place- however, as previously mentioned, the shorts like to disappear as well.I’ve been at work not quite 2 hours and already adjusted/pulled down the shorts a hundred times. and i have a sitting desk job.Overall- it’s not uncomfortable/pinching/itching/too small anything and is ok to wear (the waistband is smooth and very comfortable) but, yeah, i hate it. the shorts are terrible. it will be a constant adjustment battle. not great.

This skirt worked really well for this curvy girl, during a visit to a Florida theme park in August. The shorts underneath did occasionally ride up, but it wasn’t problematic. I wish the pockets were on the shorts instead of the skirt. Because the pockets are part of the skirt, the pocket zipper is required, or your phone could easily fall out. However, it takes two hands to zip it closed and that was a little annoying. Still, I would get another pair. True to size, in my case, and not too short (5’1)

I was worried taking a chance on this skirt, but after I read the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! This skirt is so cute! It has a little bit of a flair which I like. The shorts underneath are mesh and see-through but that shouldn’t be a problem because the skirt covers it. It has two zippered pockets on the sides which I love. The skirt seems a bit longer than I expected (im 5'3") but that isn’t a problem for me. It comes a little lower than Mid thigh--if I hike it up a little its shorter LOL. The material is nice and soft and a bit stretchy. I wasnt sure which size to order since I couldve gone Medium or large but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with a large. It fits great. Its not too lose. Maybe I couldve gone to a Medium because of the stretch but I didnt want it tight fitting. I’m going to order more in different colors!

Love the way the shorts fit underneath and they don't rise up as much because of the material.

I wouldn't change a thing! It has pockets, it fits great, it doesn't ride up, it has the most beautiful flare, the length is perfect and I've been using it regularly for over a year now and it's kept its shape and elasticity. I want them in all the colours!
