Can you wear this without polish on top?

I do not wear polish ever. I find that two layers of this product produces a glossy finish, not terribly high shine, but a nice gloss only. However, if you prefer to wear polish over the top, there is nothing to stop that either.

Has anyone noticed the remaining 1/4 or more left in bottle thickens and goes on gloppy?

Yes, I tried shaking every use too. I wish I had discovered this before I ordered a second bottle. 🙃

Will it fill in ridges from acrylic nails?

No It’s just fills in nail divots or peeling nails

Can I use barielle hydrating ridge filler before having my acrylic nails put on ?

I'm not sure but it is worth a try.

これが1番合っている

二枚爪になるので悩んでいろんな商品を試しましたが、これが一番2枚爪になりません！某お高いやつも使用してましたが、めちゃくちゃ二枚爪になり、もうだめなのかなと思ってダメ元で買ったこちらが全然二枚爪にならない！多少はなるけど、他は塗っても意味無いくらいなのに、これは軽減されてます。残念なのは日本語の説明がないのと、リムーバーで落ちにくい所ですかね。でもこれからもこちらをリピする予定です！
