What is the difference between dissolve tablets and regular natrol tablets in terms of effectiveness ? Fast dissolve tablets are more effective ?

No. You can chew it but it won’t work 100%. It’s sublingual, meaning you have to let it dissolve under your tongue. That’s why they are not labeled as chewable and as fast dissolving instead.
