NESQUIK Strawberry Powder Drink Mix 14.1 oz. Canister

MY FAV!!! Nothing compares to the Mexican version. Brings back all the memories. 100% worth it. Super sweet ? Yes but it's worth it once in a while !!

Under doctors instructions to avoid caffeine I have ended my addiction to and overuse of coffee and switched to herbal teas. In my search for herbal teas I like I have found 15 that are good with, like coffee, tasted better with the addition of stevia sweeter and a little sweet cream creamer. With further experimentation I found that a heaping spoon full of Nestle Rich Milk Chocolate or Nesquik chocolate enhanced the flavor of at least the non fruity and a few fruity flavors but not all so I tried Nestle strawberry powder instead and was amazed at how much better it worked so now I use it with a "pinch size measuring spoon of stevia and possibly a bit of sweet cream creamer in my 2&1/2 size cups i most fruit flavored teas and Nestle rich chocolate or Nesquik chocolate in the rest of the 15 flavors I prefer and never get bored with the same old flavor as I tended to with coffee.

Its a good product, just was worried when i received it because it did not come with the plastic blue lid, The seal as you can see in the picture was sealed and not tampered with, but it makes me nervous so i won't be ordering this again for that reason.

I had fond memories of Nequik Strawberry milk. I kept a container of it in my locker at school and added it to my tiny carton of school milk. Apparently my kids weren't that impressed. Reactions were split on the flavor. I can't guarantee that I will guy it again, but I can guarantee that someone in this house will drink it all.

I used to drink this stuff back in the 1950's. When it turned up in my Amazon "feed" I had to click: Does it really still exist?! Ans: It does, and it tastes like childhood memories. My wife was reading the nutrition facts and I screamed: There was no nutrition in 1953! What are you doing? :-) I'm unlikely to buy another, but this one tub has given me more pleasure than I had imagined. Heck, I might buy another guilty pleasure when I wax nostalgic again.

I'm from Europe and often find American products too sweet and artificial for my taste, especially drink mixes, candies and chocolate. I tried a Latino drink mix Milo by accident since we have quite a large Latino population in the area and was surprised. Now I buy Latino products on purpose as they're closer to taste that I'm familiar with. Yes, this mix is of strong pink color. The taste however is really good and I'm also happy with added vitamins for kids.

This is a longtime favorite in my house. We love strawberry milk. I was first a bit weary about ordering online, but I am extremely satisfied. The package was not damaged and when we opened it, it smelled and looked perfect as usual, like when we get it from our local store. It tastes great, and the price is good, and you don’t have to leave your home. Much satisfied with this order.

.... But it's still pretty good. Just know that it doesn't taste much like strawberries. Just a very sweet and artificial taste, and it takes quite a while to mix it with milk. No matter how many stirs with a spoon there will still be powder at the bottom of the glass.
