I like the taste a lot.
BHU makes the better tasting keto treats in my opinion. I also like the organic ingredients. The sweetener is monk fruit extract (not erythritol).

Good Bits
I have been using Keto Bits for a while now, I always got them at Whole Foods, but have not seen them in the store. They are a diet food of good taste, they have them in different Flavors. Since they are on Amazon BHU charge you for shipping I am not in favor of that because I buy from amazon prime member therefore I should not be charged shipping.

Very strong melted plastic taste
The ingredients appear great and it’s a great idea but these have a very powerful taste of melted plastic suggesting there is likely an issue in their facility or the way these are processed. After eating these I felt like my health was lowered significantly for a few weeks. Hoping that I can detox quickly and that I was not exposed to long half-life contaminants found in some plastics like PFAS or PCBs.

These are my fav!!!
I first found these at Publix and thought “why have I never had these before???” I knew then that I had to find them on Amazon. They came packaged with dry ice and I put them in the fridge. When you feel hungry but don’t want to eat a lot, these are great. They are also very helpful when you’re taking the semiglutide shot.

Inedible bars
These bars were old and tasted nothing like BHU keto bars usually do as I have been eating them for years. Previous bars I ordered from the same vendor were good, but these were awful and unable to be returned. Very disappointing.

Sweet desert without the sugar blues
I am a very sensitive to sugar or sugar substitutes. Bhu uses monk fruit to sweeten its products giving great flavor without the side affects of other sweeteners.

Perfect little low carb treat to cap off a healthy keto meal.
Carbs are low, plus good protein and healthy fat. It isn’t like sugar but is a close enough facsimile to make it worth while.

Horrible. Don't waste your money
I really love brownies but these are gross. They arrived melted. They're really oily and taste absolutely disgusting. I threw them all away after the first bite.
