The bottle opening gets smelly very soon after every wash and also hint of plastic smell. Probably issue is due to the cap. Also way too small volume of water.

wash the rubber handle from top to bottom to remove the rubbery smell. I have been using for a 2 weeks now and still doing good. Even tried pouring hot coffee still intact.

Love it. Easy to hold and drink from. Very attractive for a thermos! Enjoy drinking from it .. not too large so it is not cumbersome. Customer service is wonderful, polite, efficient . My bottle cracked , not because I dropped it but because ice cubes must have fallen hard at the bottom , maybe before I started to fill it with water. When I pulled it out of my back pack, everything was drenched. I love this bottle, so I called customer service and a new one was shipped to me with 2-3 days. ( I sent a photo of the bottom of bottle.) I have given this as a present and also have a 25 ounce size ( which is too wide for me to grip comfortably). I do recommend this bottle .. just be sure to fill it with liquid before you add ice ! ( I don’t have this problem with drinking glasses , so I still can not be sure that my thermos was not defective ). But, try this ! You will love it ! Nicest water bottle I have ever had !

We've been drinking from plastic bottles when we go out for walks and I worry about chemicals leaching from the plastic. And the glass is thick and durable; I dropped it once and it didn't break. The bamboo lid closes tightly and doesn't leak, even when the bottle is on its side. Washing it is really simple - it comes with a bottle brush. Just use a little soap and water, swirl the brush around, rinse and it is good to go! And the silicone outer sleeve helps you grip it, whether you are taking a drink from it, or washing it in the sink. If you drink a lot of water, are on the go and you want a solid glass water bottle without plastic aftertaste, then we can tell you that we really liked this one! We'll be using the Yomious glass bottle whenever we go on a walk together - it's great!

This is my second time purchasing this glass water bottle, and it continues to exceed my expectations.
