Amazing product! But why do they arrive open if they are new???????? 🤔

I put this on my hair and let it sit for about five minutes, then rinsed it out. I normally have to use a leave in conditioner so I can comb through my hair, but I didn’t use anything additional and my hair was so soft all day long!
