It collapsed after a rainy night ; good customer service!
The canopy is not too difficult to setup but it did not stand for a rainy day after 2 weeks of use. I have it set up under a big oak tree. Two poles were nailed down on the floor and two other poles were hold by sand bags. It hold up pretty good under a light storm but with a rainy day. For some reasons, two sides of fabric formed sac like a water pouch. The weight of the water damage the 2 frames as well as one of the pole. Another word, the design of the frame structure cannot hold up a small water puddle. I had 1 metal bar broke off and 2 metal bars bend in the result of water puddle on the tent. There is no clear instruction how to tie the tend down to the support frame bar to avoid sagging on tent fabric. I am still not sure why water cannot be run off from the tent. Anyway whoever plan to use it. Make sure figure a way tie tight the tent. Customer service reached out me regarding the incident and offering alternative to recover the damage.

Excellent protection and durability after one year
We purchased this product to use at our outdoor DJ audio gigs. We live in the mountains so our events take place at over 7,000 ft and the storms here can be quite wicked. Our first time using it was May of 2022 at an outdoor wedding. The first thing I noticed was how thick the frame is compared to my Coleman pop up. There must be a coating on the legs because it was smooth to slide up and down, and the mechanism to lock The top into place and release was easy. Just as the ceremony started a microburst came through and everyone went scurrying for cover. Thank goodness for the walls that kept our expensive audio equipment dry. The rain was so intense and loud we could barely hear each other, and the wind was so strong it knocked over the top half of a very large cottonwood tree (which thankfully missed us). We were glad to have purchased four heavy duty tent stakes to use instead of the thin silver ones that came with the tent. The holes at the base of each leg were large enough to accommodate them and it kept the tent staked down firmly during the heavy winds. We had an August event at 9,000 ft and a freak hail storm hit in the middle of the Music Festival. Several other pop-up tents blew away or collapsed but ours held the very heavy hail that collected on the tent with no tears or breeches! The way the tent is designed there are only small pockets that collect water or hail. Most of the hail slid off the tent roof, unlike our colleague's $1,000 fancy tent that not only leaked, the heavy hail pulled in part of the tent roof. We simply pushed the small pockets of hail from the inside and they slid right off. We've used the tent more than a dozen times so far, including through a few more wind and rain storms, and have been impressed with the quality and durability, especially considering this tent is less than $200! A feature we really like is the air vent at the top so on hot days there is a chimney effect. The sidewalls are very thin but we have not had any issues with rips or tears, and the fact that they are thin make them easy to fold and pack away. The designers also did something that is very handy: The Velcro pieces that connects to the legs on each side are staggered so when you attach the walls to the legs the pieces don't hit each other, making it very easy to use. We also like that there is not a lot of branding on the tent aside from the Outfine name in small letters. We covered it with black gaff tape to look more professional at our fancy weddings. I don't have any negatives to say about this tent and overall we are very pleased. We just ordered another one as a second tent for our larger events.

Flimsy wall attachments
My plan was to use this canopy as a rain cover when I have the ramp on my little cargo trailer down and I’m working in it. I also had a few things that I wanted to store in it, out of the weather. It was after I unpacked it and was putting the top on that I saw the warning label, that is attached to the top, stating that it is not designed to be used in the rain, wind or other inclement weather. Since I had begun setup and the location I placed it in is relatively sheltered by a fence, the house and the trailer, I decided it would be okay. I got it up and pulled out the walls. I felt the walls were not very strong, but I attached them. The Velcro straps to hold them on do not grip well, the corners don’t come to the corner post that well, the zippers look like they won’t last more than a few zips. I’m not crazy about taking it all down, packing it up and trying to take it to a shipping store to return it. It’s very heavy and impossible for me to move it in the shipping box. Plus it’s not worth the time and effort it would take. I’m disappointed and disgusted with the walls. The frame seems sturdy and I like the ease of adjusting the height. I guess I’m stuck with it, but I’m ingenious enough, I think I can come up with a solution to substitute the poorly designed walls. It is raining tonight, so I will see what happens. Collapsed. Bent and broken frame. Must figure out a way to return it or be out money. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you just want it for decor. Not suitable for anything like a craft fair, if it rained at night, you would come back to a collapsed, saturated site.

Reasonable Quality for the Price, but with Room for Improvement
I recently purchased this canopy with a sturdy metal frame and tarpaulin for various outdoor events. While the canopy offers a reasonable quality given its price point, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. Here are my detailed thoughts: Pros: Robust Material and Construction: The canopy boasts a sturdy metal frame with anti-rust coating and a high-density Oxford polyester fiber tarpaulin that is 100% waterproof and offers UPF 50+ protection, blocking 99% of harmful sunlight rays. Comprehensive Set of Support Parts: The set includes everything you need for a stable setup, including a 10 x 10 ft frame, canopy top tarpaulin, four removable oxford cloth sidewalls, a wheeled roller bag, weight bags, tent stakes, and ropes. Easy Assembly: Setting up the canopy is a breeze, requiring only two people and a few minutes. The thumb latch lock system is easy to use, and there are three height settings to choose from, adding to the convenience. Smooth Portability: The inclusion of a rugged wheeled roller bag made of 600D coated PVC fabric facilitates easy transportation and storage of the canopy. Cons: Window Panels: The window panels were a significant downside. During our second use, one of the window plastics developed a small hole, raising concerns about the durability of the material. Cost vs. Quality: While the cost is somewhat justified given the features offered, the overall quality of the materials used could still see some improvement to enhance the value for money. Verdict: This canopy set serves its purpose reasonably well, offering a decent quality product at a fair price point. It is suitable for a range of occasions, from home gardens to commercial areas, providing a sizable shadow coverage area. However, the quality of the window panels could be improved to enhance the product's longevity and user satisfaction. It remains a practical choice for those seeking a multifunctional canopy without breaking the bank.

Perfect Against the Sun
Outstanding Canopy for Any Event! I recently purchased the 10 x 10 Ft Pop Up Canopy for an outdoor family reunion, and it exceeded all my expectations. Here's my detailed review highlighting its various features and how it made our event a success. Superior Build Quality The first thing that struck me about this canopy was its sturdy construction. The metal legs, measuring 28x28mm, and the top bracket made of 13x28mm metal, with an anti-rust coating, give it a robust and durable feel. The special thicken metal frame with anti-rust coating means it can withstand various weather conditions. Additionally, the canopy tarpaulin is crafted from high-density Oxford polyester fiber with a silver-plated PU lining, making it 100% waterproof and UPF 50+. This ensured that our guests were protected from both the sun and an unexpected rain shower. Comprehensive Set of Accessories This canopy comes with a full set of support parts, including the 10 x 10 Ft canopy frame, top tarpaulin, four removable Oxford cloth side walls, a wheeled roller bag, four weight bags, eight tent stakes, and four ropes. The side walls were particularly useful during a windy afternoon, as we could quickly attach them to block the wind. The inclusion of weight bags and tent stakes provided added stability, which was especially reassuring during a breezy day at the beach. Effortless Setup One of the standout features of this canopy is how easy it is to assemble. With just two people, we managed to set it up in under 10 minutes. We simply took the canopy frame and top tarpaulin out of the bag, placed them on the ground, and unfolded the frame. After placing the tarpaulin over the frame and pulling it to each corner, we extended the legs. The thumb latch lock system made it easy to lock and release, and the three different height settings (73 inches, 77 inches, and 81 inches) allowed us to adjust it to the perfect height for our needs. Convenient Portability The wheeled roller bag that comes with the canopy is a game-changer. Made of 600D coated PVC fabric, it's rugged and durable, ensuring the canopy is well-protected during transport. We packed the canopy in the roller bag and easily transported it in our car. The heavy-duty wheels made it easy to move the bag across different terrains, from the parking lot to our spot on the beach. Versatile Usage The versatility of this canopy is unmatched. During our family reunion, we used it to provide shade for our outdoor dining area, comfortably accommodating four tables and about eight people. Later, we took it to a local craft fair, where the side tarpaulins (two with zippers and two with windows) provided a perfect setup for our booth, offering protection from the sun while allowing good airflow and visibility. Conclusion The 10 x 10 Ft Pop Up Canopy is a fantastic investment for anyone in need of a reliable, easy-to-assemble, and versatile canopy. Its high-quality materials, comprehensive set of accessories, and smooth portability make it perfect for a variety of occasions, from family gatherings and beach outings to commercial events and emergency relief. I highly recommend this canopy for its excellent performance and value.

Great product but will collapse with some rain
Bought last year for main use is for the beach to have some protection from the sun in this hot Florida weather. Decided to use it as I was working on my car since it started to drizzle a little bit. I went inside the house real quick and from drizzle started to rain. Nothing crazy no storm just rain and instead of water dripping down it started to puddle and the weight from the water brought that end down and bar got bent due to a little rain. Upset to have that bar bent and that side doesnt seem as sturdy as it use to. Next time I know not to use to cover from rain and just to use it for shade

Works great
Used it for camping and it was perfect over the camping table. Super sturdy and it even has shade for the sides and it has zippers so if at the end of the day you want to zip it up you can. It does get a bit hot if you’re inside of it and the sun is hitting it but it gets the job done. We even used it in our back yard which it was nice. The white is nice but like I said if the sun it to hot it will get warm in there. The sides of it, it has like a window but is plastic and it does get hot in the sun and if you close it you will feel suffocating. But to assemble it you need 4 ppl it is easy to assemble with 2 ppl but much easier if 4 ppl do it. It was worth our money we have been using it for many things.

Rapport qualité prix
Besoin d’un abri de qualité commerciale, imperméable et durable. À 468$can , j’ai cru que s’en était un. Erreur! C’est la même qualité qu’un abri a 200$ chez Walmart.
