See 18.7 Palmer's review. Noticed formula for Palmer's has changed over the years so I mix this REAL USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC COCOA BUTTER with . . . . I personally love the smell of cocoa butter, and it does not aggravate my many allergies. In Winter it can be challenging to mix due to it's hardness, but in the summer months, the warmth of your body will melt it. The product certainly is doing its work.

cant use it hard as a rock no use. How do you get out butter from a jar with solid substance? Be nice if the bottom would roll up

I have not used this product very much, mainly because I don't like the cocoa smell. My rating may not be fair to this product because I have not given it the chance to see any results. Its' harder texture does not make it convenient for daily use, I use it mostly at night.

To hard I don't know if I can use it unless I melt it down and ad a softer oil to it

LOVE this product! Can I say that enough?I've been using it everyday since receiving! The water in my shower comes out very hard and makes me flaky. But after using this everyday, my skin is soft and very smooth.The butter stays hard, but with a metal spoon, scraping it off and watching it melt in your hands is kinda fun! The smell is so delicious! I love a rich cocoa scent. It's not sticky at all and leaves no off putting residue.

Inside seals on both were open. Mold and HORRIBLE smell !!!!!

This product is amazing and super moisturizing! has a strong chocolate scent that I love. it would be hard to cover if using this to make anything that you wouldn't want to be chocolate scented but I personally like it. The butter it's self is pretty hard and solid so it kind of scrapes out in shavings but that makes it melt easier.

Because of the sensitivity to temperatures, I have barely been able to use this product. I tried heating it up with warm water bath, then even went as far as popping it into the microwave but then it was liquid and a chunk of solid.
