I have been using, Tierra Buena, calcium bentonite now for 7 days...that's right, only 7 days. And I have a nearly flat stomach. That's going from miserable bloating, for decades, to a nearly flat stomach. I actually can fit in my pants without them being uncomfortably tight and I have noticed my back and joints have stopped aching constantly. I cannot believe that I have finally found only one product that has helped me so much! If you have problems with constant bloating, diarrhea, sour stomach, (basically, ibs symptoms) this should be your go to. I have had severe problems with ibs-d my entire life. I have switched jobs over and over, then went to college and finished so I could work in an environment conducive to helping me mitigate my symptoms. I.e., sitting more and being able to use the restroom immediately when needed, ect. It's been a long long debilitating journey. In January, of this year, I was given the opportunity to work from home, which is really where I started the arduous process of once and for all trying to fix my ibs-d. I have had so many diet changes over the years, I knew another change in diet wasn't going to be enough (And I am fastidious when it comes to follow through). I had to find the magic bullet, if it existed...and I believe this is it. I know I sound like an infomercial but I'm very sincere when I write, this stuff really works. Yes it's dirt 😂...but it's magic dirt! I will be taking calcium bentonite for the rest of my life, if these are the results I can expect. Tierra Buena is the first calcium bentonite I have tried. I did what I always do when buying anything. I went on Amazon and read nearly every review, for several different products, "not calcium bentonite". One of the reviews I read was about calcium bentonite and how it was a must have, for internal use, when mitigating the symptoms of ibs. So I found the calcium bentonite with the highest reviews (on Amazon) that was graded for internal use...and that was Tierra Buena. After reading all the reviews, I went to their website for further review and based on the aggregate information, I, hesitantly, decided to try Tierra Buena. I am an ambivalent skeptic when it comes to most product claims; because I have wanted products to work and they have let me down. I promise that this clay works wonders. At least it did for me! And the clacium bentonite, from Tierra Buena, is a great product; it has hardly any flavor, goes down smooth and actually has a hint of sweetness after the mixture has been in the refrigerator blooming for a few days. I mixed per the directions, take 3-4 tablespoons per day, first thing in the morning, and I'm AMAZED at the difference it's made. I look forward to years of being able to praise Tierra Buena..."I never thought I would aver that about any product." But this product has "literally" changed my life in only 7 days. I sincerely hope it has a life long effect similar to the affect it's had on me in 7 short days. I also want to point out that Tammy, from Tierra Buena, sent me a stock/standard follow up email making sure everything was satisfactory, with my order, and the quality was as expected. I have a lot of respect for companies that have good/great customer service etiquette. I can comfortably attest that the quality is very high and my satisfaction is also very high. Excellent product! I am having my amalgam fillings removed which can release mercury into my system. I watched the Make America Healthy Again movies and this product was recommended. It comes from volcanic ash and it is magnetic. The taste is fine. Actually, it tastes like nothing. No weird reactions or side effects. Knowing that the magnetized clay is attracting the mercury and passing it out of my body gives me great peace of mind. I have had no issues whatsoever having my amalgam fillings removed, and I think that this product is at least partially the reason.

It's only been 4 days so it's hard to say at this point if it is actually detoxing my body. What I can say is it isn't a horrible drink, it does mix well and there is pretty much no clay residue left in the glass. I have a mason jar of the mix in the fridge and drink 2 tbsp of the mix blended with 8 ounces of water once per day, first thing in the morning. I drink it cold, no idea what it would be like warm. I do plan to use the clay as a cleanings mask at some point. There is a lot of clay in the jar so value for $$ is definitely there. I don't think I would try a less expensive brand since I am consuming this clay.

It’s hard to believe that after you get used to the first couple days, your body craves this product. My taste buds have even sprung back to life, other foods taste so much better?… I don’t drink consistently, I listen to my body, when it craves this crazy stuff, I drink it until I feel like I’ve detoxed as needed. I’ve bought enough times, I should have signed up for automatic delivery, which I have since done… really happy with the product quality, & results.
