3-4 times a week. Use continuously if you'd like to see steadily improving results! I've used these every other day for over a year and I won't go without them now!

How long do these last unopened?

I don't know how long they last unopened because I use one every day and have to reorder in a month.

I have extreme puffiness on the outside corners of both eyes. Will this product work for something like that?

I’ve had this issue also. I think it’s when you are active. When I sit still it moves slightly but nowhere near as much if I’m moving around.
