Excellent product. Just ensure that if you're replacing another tap, that you understand this product has everything that goes into one (pre-drilled) hole. We neglected to realise that when ordering this time, therefore had to replace via Amazon with another product that required two pre-drilled holes. However, just to make it clear, we bought this at another, different home, yonks ago, for the correct placement and it was effective, perfect & very beautiful. It killed us to send this one back for lack of our comprehension.

We purchased and installed this faucet in our kitchen. The install took less than an hour since we already had electricity running to that spot. The faucet works extremely well and I particularly like that the sensor is up under the neck so we have never gotten our sleeves wet but turning it on accidentally. The finish is beautiful. I highly recommend this faucet!

The Spray head when pulled out to wash dishes does not retract on its own. It requires one to hand feed hose up to it’s starting position A professional plumber installed the faucet of which no encumbrances exist to impede the hose from retracting. Smooth Operation. It appears the supplied counter weight isn’t heavy enough to allow for the spray head to retract on its own

Beautiful addition to our new kitchen! Everyone comments on how nice it is. Also use quite a bit for making pasta, filling up tea kettle and coffee maker. Got the matching faucet, both well worth the money. You can tell these are high end fixtures, will last a lifetime - timeless.
