Q: Is this box genuine leather?

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! This box is made with PU leather. (Not Full grain leather) If the box was made from real leather it would cost approximately 3-4 times as much. 99.99% of watch boxes this size that cost under $200 are going to be PU leather. Yes, the pillows are about 6.5-7in around. They can compress.

Approximately 1 and 7/8ths inches. However, your watch will sit above the slot, you're not confined to a watch diameter smaller than 1 and 7/8ths inch.

Q: Are larger pillows available, to fit an 8-8.5” bracelet/band?

I have 12 inch nato straps on some of my watches, works fine. I have 4 with stainless bracelets that are 8.5 fit in just fine
