Innate Vitality Probiotics 120 Billion CFUs for Men & Women, 34 Strains with Prebiotics & Digestive Enzymes, Immune & Digestive Health, Delayed Release, Shelf Stable, 30 Vegan Capsules

I have been dealing with IBS for several years, and have tried a number of different probiotics. They never seemed to do much before I tried Innate Vitality probiotics. Most probiotics require you to take several capsules to get this many little goodies to your gut; I don’t know how they managed to cram 120 BILLION into this one normal sized capsule. Then they added prebiotics and digestive enzymes? Amazing. This is how well it works (TMI follows): within two days of starting Innate Vitality probiotics my IBS symptoms (constipation, gas, bloating) went away. Seriously. When I forget to take them, the symptoms come back. I’ve accidentally tested this several times and I am convinced! My spouse suffers chronic diarrhea from living/working in third world countries, and he also experienced relief from his little problem when taking these probiotics. He hasn’t experienced the “miracle cure” I have, but he probably doesn’t remember to take them daily. I have also noticed that I have less trouble with GERD/acid reflux, aka heartburn at dinner (that’s when I take the probiotics). This is is probably due to those handy dandy little digestive enzymes squeezed into this capsule. Despite all the good stuff in there, these capsules surprisingly are not huge. Maybe a little bit bigger than a Tylenol capsule, but smaller than a NyQuil cold capsule. I can’t really think of any negatives; I wish they were cheaper, of course, but they really aren’t very expensive for what you are getting. You can find cheaper probiotics out there but not with this much power inside them.

Our functional doctor recommends lower levels of multiple probiotics. This works well.

My husband and I have been using these probiotics for over a year now. They go on sale frequently but are still a good price for high CFU's and lots of strains. The one we were using previously was only 15 strains and maybe 25 billion CFU and we didn't notice much difference. My husband actually thought the lower one constipated him and that was the opposite of what we wanted it to do. This higher CFU and more strains does not have that effect. It is very easy on the stomach and doesn't need to be refrigerated which is a huge plus.

I've tried a cheaper product that was stronger and didn't like how it made me feel so I went back to this one. I honestly can't tell if it does anything, but sticking with it for now.

I have been researching probiotics to improve my microbiome and stay healthy. This probiotic from innate vitality has 34 different strains including Bacillus bifidum, B. longum, variety of 'good' lactobacilli including reuteri(strain number is not mentioned, as different strains have different effects); prebiotic fiber complex to boost growth of hard to grow 'HELPFUL' faecalibacterium prausnitzii and digestive enzyme complex to break down the nutrients to make it easier for the bacteria to 'eat'. With 120 billion cfu, there is enough to form microbiome with healthy protective mucous layer for Enteric protection. And it is also safe for immune suppressed individuals. This may make you gassy for first few days. But once the microbiome threshold is reached, gas and bloating is gone. I highly recommend this product and is a great bargain for the relatively low cost!

Seem to be good quality.

I absolutely recommend this product if you’re trying to improve your overall gut health. It has more healthy strands of bacteria than most similar supplements. My mother uses it and suggested I should take it as well, and it’s very inexpensive. On a side note, I’ve lost around 5-10lbs since I’ve been taking it. Be sure to drink plenty water to supplement these.

This probiotic supplement is admittedly somewhat effective, however, it is undeniably less so than others I have tried. Granted, this claims to be a shelf-stable product and I am in no position to refute that claim. However, I think that if you have refrigeration to begin with, probably best to go with another brand.

Probiotics are amazing as they are like a second brain in the body, it regulates everything you eat, helping the bacteria to get the most vitamins from the food we actually eat, and to keep the healthy bacteria alive, I always try the brands for a couple of months looking for a better results, you will notice a better skin and mood as you stomach processes better the food, higher quantity of the healthy bacteria in the stomach the better, follow indications and use it regularly for a couple of months some vitamins take a couple of days of weeks to be effective
