. Wanted to share my second experience with Detoxify Mega Clean as I have gotten a job following a drug screen twice. It doesn’t detox, it’s a masking agent, I understand. I was a daily smoker, quit February. Smoked again on a Friday beginning of April. Yes, it was dumb of me. I got an offer and informed of a a pre-employment drug test that following Monday, of course! I quit smoking, stopped on sweets, and drank tons of water and herbal tea. Ensured I moved around moreso than usual. I took the xxtraclean pre-cleanse pills for 3 says before the day of the test. I didnt take them the first time I used the product & passed - I smoked less then. I took the drug test and Mega Thursday morning. 9:15 - Started drinking bottle 9:25 - Finished bottle 9:30 - Peed 9:40 - Refilled bottle with water & drank again 10:00 - Second pee 10:05 - Finished water refill 10:15 - Third pee, faint negative at home test 10:38 - Fourth pee, negative at home test 11:40 - Fifth pee - drug screening clinic - no ‘positive’ on the sheet I signed I got the green light from employer 2 business days later. I have to use this for a 3rd time and will update the review.

Why so many positive reviews? Because a large step in taking this drink is dilution. Dilution is the only reason you get false negatives. The drink does not mask anything and doesn’t detox drug traces or metabolites. I ordered this before my due diligence. I was ignorant. After we purchasing I did more research and all detox drink (to pass tests) are scams. The reason they seem to work is because of the amount of water you have to consume hours before your test. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST DRINK WATER. I’ll give you a quick and simple option on how to dilute on the day of the test at the end. Two types of testing methods— DEFINITIVE (highly sensitive with low cutoff levels and also test for metabolites) and PRESUMPTIVE (less sensitive with high cutoff levels and don’t test for metabolites) PRESUMPTIVE tests are the tests which can create a false negative through dilution of urine. PRESUMPTIVE TEST EXAMPLES most employer tests (which sometimes are sent to labs) are presumptive tests with high cutoff levels and do not test for metabolites. The other type of presumptive test is a dipstick test. These tests usually have higher cutoff levels and do not test for metabolites. The cutoff level of ng/ml (nano grams per milliliter) can be from 300-3000, which means the higher the cutoff level of the test the higher the threshold you have to pass the test. What are metabolites? After a drug is broken down by the liver or some other avenue it’s broken down into different metabolites. Highly sensitive tests (DEFINITIVE TESTS) always test for the drug and the metabolites and always have very small cutoffs anywhere from 300 ng/ml to 20 ng/ml. In these tests if something comes up as a positive it’s sent into further testing to see exactly what drug you took/how much/ over heat period of time. Dilution will not work for these types of tests. In conclusion this product is useless. The only thing that gives false negatives for a short period of time is because the directions say to drink a boatload of water hours before the test. If you wanna false positive don’t buy this drink. Drink a lot water through the day and try to pee a 2-3 times within 4 hours of your test. Try not to pee within the last hour so your urine isn’t completely clear. The morning of the test don’t take vitamins. Don’t workout. And eat how you regularly eat because at this time you don’t want to rid any toxins into your urine right before the test. Side not - dilution only can give you a false negative. Just because you may have passed due to dilution doesn’t mean your “clean” If you want to know exactly how long a drug will stay in your urine hair or saliva and you have a sensitive high panel drug test coming up DO NOT GOOGLE “how long will marijuana stay in urine” because you will get false results. Instead google “how long will marijuana metabolites (11-hydroxy-9-THC and 8-hydroxy-9-THC) stay in my system” Metabolites stay much longer. Hope this helps anyone. Metabolites stay much longer than the parent drug.

READ THIS IF YOU NEED TO PASS A PISS TEST FOR WORK/PROBATION .. Okay for starters i am 5’5.5 and weight 115 pounds. I smoked up until 4 days before my test and did a water fast those 4 days with an occasional light meal like maybe a few bites ( water consumption boost your metabolism, water is essential). I drank the 16 oz ready clean as a tester the night before my test, had a very faint negative on my third piss so i decided to buy the higher 20oz xxxtra clean (image below). On the day of do this 2 hours prior to the test , you only have a 5 hour window . Drink the entire bottle in 15-30 minutes, it taste like watered down fruit punch. After u FINISH set a timer for 15 minutes after 15 minutes has passed , refill the bottle with water and drink the entirety of that aswell. Make sure you pee at least twice on your second piss you can try testing yourself (the test above is from my second piss) . Save your third and fourth pee , it is the best pee. You can also test on your third and cut off midstream instead of peeing entirely . Stay safe you guys .

My experience is different than others. Im well over 6 feet tall and just over 300lbs. I didn't get the stomach flush and I dont think it helped that much but I did pass my test but the reason I dont think it helped that much is because I was already very hydrated for days as I love water to begin with and taking the drink didn't really change the visual lines of my at home tests that I had already been taking. Here's what I did Woke up 8AM and went #1 815am- morning bm 822am drank this drink 833am finished it 930am finished 17oz's of water 950am went #1 1022am one more bm 1026am sipped coffee 1125am more water and some food 1136 went #1 1220pm- lab test. passed. 200pm back home one more test, did not pass one of my brands I had 3 brands of tests, two I always passed with no problem. one of my tests was much harder to pass and I got no line. It seemed like an extremely sensitive test (Easy @ Home test) My exploro test and prime screen test always showed a decent second line. The line on my test at the lab was pretty visible. I would try it again if I needed to because if it's the difference of me getting a job or not than why not stack the odds in my favor a little more. Coffee helped my pee turn yellow I think too
