The best support brace in the market! Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny and you get what you pay for. Purchasing via Amazon versus regular retail was a significant savings. The compression is positioned perfectly and provides excellent support. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for a few years, have tried at least 4 other braces and this is the only brace that comfortably provides me with the support needed to play tennis. It does fit snugly. Using the sizing chart provided, I fell in between sizes and originally ordered the smaller size as suggested. It was too tight. When I responded to the follow up email I received from the vendor just 2 days after my brace arrived, letting them know about the fit, they responded within hours. At their recommendation, I returned the brace exchanging for the larger size. I was credited for the return immediately and the replace brace is great. So I happily give Bauerfeind 5 stars plus - their product is great and so is their customer service.

Great fit, the rubber in the inside helps hold it in place, the focused padding helps with tennis elbow. Worth the price tag compared to other compression sleeves

Works perfectly for me?

NO ELBOW PADDING. NOT A GREAT PRODUCT

Based upon the arm measurement, it is a little tight on the arm. I know it is suppose to fit snug but base upon my measurement, I probably would have ordered a larger size. The support works great. The pads on the tendons as well as the pads on the joints are just great. It does not allow an over extension of the arm.

Received the Bauerfeind Sports Elbow Support to relieve severe pain - "Golfer's Elbow". Support fits great (follow measuring directions) - because of it's great design I can wear it for long periods (under a dress shirt) without any discomfort. The plan is try it out on the driving range this week - will update review later in the summer.

My son gave positive feed back with weight lifting and pitching during practice. Not able to use during game.

It's as advertised. It's lightweight and not too restrictive. Everything I was looking for. However, I can only give it a 4 star because of quality. After 2 uses, the logo started to peel off. That shouldn't happen to a $70 brace.

肘の腱鞘炎でバ〇〇リ〇のサポーターつけていたのですが、色々サポーターを探していてこの商品にたどり着きました。 装着感は抜群に良いです。 ただ、人それぞれと思いますが滑り止めのある部分が少し肌に合わないのか連日着けていると痒みがあるので改善を検討してみてはいががでしょうか？ 自分は着け心地が気に入っているのでそれでも着けていますが(笑)
