The description says this is a musical piece but when I read the reviews several say it did not play music ??

There are two settings on the switch for on - 1 & 2. With 1 there is no music. Switch to 2 and you get music.

The skaters were moving at first but all of a sudden they won’t move. Anything I can do to fix it?

Is this christmas skating pond "made in the usa" ?

I am not sure if it is Made in America. However, it is 110 volt (cord does not come with the unit), but works by battery also. Works very well. I ran it every day on batteries in my office (since the electrical outlet was too far away) with the battery life pretty decent. I did receive a lot of complements and works as advertised.
