Yes the pills are large, and yes they have a bit of an odd smell/taste, but it's really no big deal. The important thing is that they work. I noticed a difference after the first two weeks of taking them. I was no longer losing anywhere near the amount of hair, and my hair was starting to get thicker too. Definitely recommend!

I have not been taking the long enough to feel a big difference

I just started using it, so I'm not sure how well it works. But I'm already disappointed that the vitamin E in it is synthetic, and they don't show you that on the listing. You only see that part of the label once you buy it (it says dl, not d-alpha tocopherol). I opened it, so I'll use it and update everyone later.
