The best one by miles from several other owned vacuums
This is, simply, the best leaf vacuum Iโve had (based on 4 previous brands). I had the Challenge one which was great also but no longer in production. The Von Haus one was OK (less expensive which makes it a good buy for light work imo). I also had the Einhell one which is garbage (spent more time unblocking it due to its pathetically small aperture! This one is super-powerful - dealing with compressed bundles of wet leaves with ease. It great to handle - not heavy and glides along the gravel etc. The variable speed means it can be set to not pick up stones etc. I sucked up some polythene by mistake but the metal blades shredded that too so no need to unblock. Another fantastic design element of this unit is that, should you need to unblock, itโs just a matter of unscrewing a big plastic nut that then allows you to remove the nozzle in one easy action to get right to the blades - no need to have a screwdriver in your pocket like the Einhell disaster! I havenโt used for blowing as I have a battery Dewalt unit for that but itโs a simple job (like the unblocking explained above) to switch the nozzle and fan. All in all, a world class unit.

Powerful and useful, but heavier than expected
This leaf blower and vacuum is really handy, especially if you deal with a lot of leaves. The power is strong and it works well on both dry and damp leaves. Switching between blowing and vacuuming is useful, and the shredding helps reduce how often you need to empty the bag. Build quality feels solid and it does the job properly. That said, it is quite heavy. After a while, you definitely feel the weight, especially if youโre using the vacuum mode for longer sessions. Assembly is mostly fine, but the instructions could be clearer. Overall, a good and powerful garden tool, but the weight might be an issue if you want something light or easy to carry for long periods.

Well built and good value
I bought this to replace 2 previous shredder vacuum which were cheaper but a waste of money. This Bosch is well made and its much easier to clean the blade if required. The zip on the bag works well, much better than the cheaper versions which jammed or split. Its quite heavy but manageable if you use the shoulder strap and empty the bag regularly. It chops finely so I am looking forward to some good leaf mold next year. I made some lovely stuff last year by shredding with the lawn mower but this combined vacuum shredder is more efficient.

Top of the range garden vac.
A brilliant piece of kit. So powerful, it's been redesigned with several better points . It's quieter than before, you don't need to use full power very often and the collection bag is greatly improved. It has a much easier bag fitting system and skirts down each side of the bag to stop the dust in the bag blowing through the material and covering your clothes like all the other makes do.

Does what I bought it for, UniversalGardenTidy 3000
Used 6 times so far to gather leaves, suction mode, from gravel around the house, very satisfactory. Good value on a today's deal. Much cheaper than branded battery and petrol models. More powerful than any battery model, so I compromised. The cable is a nuisance, loses flexibility in cold weather, but still manageable. I use close to the house, using a trailing socket, plugged into an external socket. The trailing socket allows much freer travel than a reel or drum. Cheaper cabled makes, and the Flymo, allow lever switching between suction and blow modes. The Bosch requires a change of nozzle, a slowish, toolless, task but means the Bosch is dedicated, fully, to the chosen mode. The bag seems well made, I was concerned that bags on cheap models might have weaker stitching and a flimsy zip. Bag gets quite heavy, especially if leaves are wet, so a good bag is essential. Wet leaves make a mess and have to be clawed off the inner bag surface and from around the fan/impeller. Metal fan minces leaves effectively. I think the model below may have a plastic fan, less durable especially if small gravel is sucked in. I dump the minced leaves into compost bins, also use them as a mulch.

Great piece of equipment
The product itself is brilliant. The instruction guide could have been clearer and would have given 5 stars if so. Used first time on our large garden and itโs sucked up all the leaves including pine needles which is a huge bonus for us. Not tried the leaf blower yet but I will assume that is equally as good. The power button is simple and easy to switch between how much pressure you need with the a simple turn of the switch. It is a robust tool but Iโm a female and didnโt find it too heavy to carry. The shoulder strap is useful, the handle position is adjustable to what suits you. The bag capacity is fairly large for collecting your leaves. The leaves are shredded automatically when using. Long suction tube which actually reaches the ground! Itโs in 3 connecting parts when you assemble it. The disconnection of the suction head with bag is really easy when needing to empty your collected rubbish into your garden bin. All in all this is the best one Iโve ever bought. Really pleased. Will make life so much simpler. We chose the corded version as we have a large garden. Have found in the past that cordless ones donโt power up / hold enough charge for extended use. It takes more than 20 minutes to do all of our garden and have found that our Ryobi chargeable only lasts for 20 minutes before it needs recharging. Hope that helps.

Bosch Garden Vac
Received today(22.3.26) it is not easy for a lady to put together on her own it needs mussel but I persisted - it took 30 mins. It is not the lightest one I have used but I can manage it - Iam 67. it picks up leaves very well and I like the feature the you can have a variable speed. I would recommend this to family and friends.

After years of manually raking up leaves in my backyard, I decided to invest and purchase this Bosch 3-in-1 blower/vac. Although I've had disappointing results with a previous blower/vac (from another well-known brand), I was convinced to try this Bosch unit based on other reviews I read. I was not disappointed. The blower/vac unit is well made and feels rugged for its intended purpose . The diagrams in the instructions were clear and made it very easy to assemble - without needing any tools. Note that the attachments for the blower and vacuum are easily swapped out but once the vacuum tubes are assembled together, they are not intended to be disassembled. Performance-wise, this unit was fantastic. It had plenty of blowing and suction power. The noise level was moderate but this is somewhat subjective as it depends on your expectations. I actually found it quite quiet, considering the power levels (which is adjustable using a rotary dial below the handle). It is easy to maneuver in blower mode, but a little more cumbersome with the vacuum bag attached. It weighs approx 3.5kg in blower mode but up to 4.8 lkg in vacuuming mode. Trying to move the vacuum tube around the yard does require some dexterity and I nned to use both hands, but a carry strap is supplied to take off some of the weight from your arms. Overall, I was very happy and surprised by the power of this unit during vacuuming. I used it to vacuum up leaves, grass clippings, and small sticks around my yard, and was able to do this at the lower end of the power levels. The metal blades for shredding did an excellent job of shredding up the leaves and sticks, filling up very little of the 50L storage bag. Performance-wise, I have to rate this five stars, but some owners may find it a bit heavy and cumbersome to use in vacuum mode. For anyone sick and tired of manually raking in their garden, this is a definite must-have. Highly recommended.

one important thing to know, the air blower wonโt work without tightening the lower knob. I do recommend it for large yards. Do not waste your money with rechargeable models if you have a large yard.
