Country Life Target Mins Calcium-Magnesium Complex, 1,000 mg/500 mg Per 2 Tablets, 360-Count

This is exactly what I was looking for. Calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, without any extra potassium. I specifically wanted it without potassium because I’d already gotten a bag of potassium chloride separately (much cheaper in the powder form and much better since you need a lot more than what’s typically available in pills) that I mix with salt and water to get enough of those electrolytes. This is the perfect supplement for me on top of that electrolyte mix.

I use this all the time so now I order from Amazon. It keeps my levels where they should be and I have no problem with taking it. Alot of calcium products can cause problems but this does not do that.

we been taking these for years but as time goes by u learn more bout supplements. everyone's bodies are different. it sucks, too little of something, too much of something isn't good for anyone and can't always tell. just like b complex we didn't know magnesium had one too- a bunch of different types. we been trying to get pregnant and they say the best mag for that is glycinate which this doesn't have. so was taking that alone. then a pee stick thing we do weekly said my cal was weak. but it changes every week tho geez. so ordered this again. but "google" says aspartate is the same as aspartame. I wish I could be supplement free, it's confusing but then that means u gota be more careful with food as well. we all like variety of food everyday ya know. and even some things were told is good for u, some sources say the body doesn't absorb it well.. go figure.
