These do not deliver the same quick energy as vitamin b gummies. But it seems to last longer than gummies.

I have been taking a Vitamin B12 supplement for about a year. I discovered my level was low when I began experiencing GI issues. Vitamin B12 plays a role in your digestive system and if your level is low you can get some horrible effects I discovered. I've been a nurse a long time so I am familiar with how supplements may be vitally important for someone. I took a supplement from Walmart for about 10 months. Within a few weeks of taking the supplement my GI symptoms pretty much resolved. It was really, really weird considering I'd spent several years dealing with symptoms and never getting this level checked. I didn't know at the time how important Vit B12 actually is for your GI system. I ordered this product in Oct since it was cheaper and I got more at a time. Shortly after I started taking this my symptoms returned. Bad again. I went back to Walmart, bought my usual supplement and within a few weeks my symptoms resolved again .THIS is why I do not believe this supplement actually contains Vit B12. I even tried taking a few more to give myself a higher dose for about 2 weeks but it did nothing. I am really stunned at my experience with this product. If you want a good and reliable product do not buy this one.
